These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AddWebLink website and marketplace (the "Platform"), operated at addweblink.com. By creating an account, browsing listings, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
AddWebLink is a two-sided marketplace that connects buyers who purchase guest post placements (and optional content writing services) with publishers/sellers who list sites and fulfill orders. We provide escrow-backed checkout, order management, and platform tools; we are not the publisher of third-party websites and we do not guarantee search-engine outcomes.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information (name, email, and any optional business or billing details you provide) and for keeping your credentials secure.
You may use the Platform as a buyer, and after completing seller onboarding as a seller (publisher). A single account may buy and sell; workspace preferences in the dashboard are for convenience only and do not change what you are permitted to do under your role and applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our policies, or applicable law, including for fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
2. Marketplace role
AddWebLink is an intermediary. Listings, pricing, turnaround times, editorial guidelines, and fulfillment are offered by sellers. We do not own or control third-party websites where placements are published.
Except where we explicitly state otherwise in writing, we do not warrant that a placement will remain live, that metrics (such as domain authority or traffic estimates) will stay unchanged, or that any SEO or marketing result will occur.
3. Listings, cart, and checkout
Published listings describe what a seller offers (site, price, niches, delivery expectations, and content rules). Adding items to your cart does not reserve inventory until checkout completes successfully.
At checkout you authorize payment for the order total shown, including applicable platform fees disclosed before you pay. Amounts are processed in the currency shown; payment routing may use Stripe (international card payments) or Razorpay (including INR and India billing scenarios) based on our configured rules. You may also top up an in-platform wallet and pay qualifying orders from wallet balance where that option is available.
By paying, you enter into a transaction with the seller for the described placement or service, subject to these Terms and the order lifecycle on the Platform.
4. Orders, escrow, and fulfillment
Guest post and related orders move through states such as pending payment, paid (funds held in escrow on the Platform), in progress, delivered, revision requested, completed, disputed, refunded, or cancelled. Status labels in your dashboard reflect this lifecycle.
Escrow means buyer funds are committed when payment succeeds; seller earnings are generally released only after delivery is accepted, a dispute is resolved in the seller's favor, or an applicable auto-completion period passes if the buyer does not respond—timers and limits are shown in-product or communicated on the order.
Sellers must fulfill orders in line with listing requirements (for example live URL, proof, or draft content). Buyers must review deliveries in good faith and use revision or dispute tools within stated limits.
Writing services (when purchased) follow a separate workflow (requested, assigned, drafting, review, approved, and related states) and may be linked to a guest post order where configured.
5. Revisions, disputes, and refunds
Buyers may request revisions only within policy limits shown on the order. If you believe delivery is materially non-conforming or fraudulent, open a dispute from your order dashboard. During an open dispute, payout to the seller may be frozen until an admin resolves the case.
Refund and release decisions are made under our dispute policy and order records. We may issue full or partial refunds, release escrow to the seller, or cancel orders when payment failed, fraud is confirmed, or policy requires it. Chargebacks initiated with your bank or card issuer do not replace the in-platform dispute process; we may share order evidence with payment processors as permitted by law.
6. Fees, wallet, and payouts
Platform fees are deducted from order value according to rates in effect at checkout (shown before you confirm payment). Payment processing costs charged by Stripe, Razorpay, or other providers are separate from our platform fee unless we state otherwise.
Wallet top-ups credit your buyer balance after verified payment; wallet debits for orders are final once the order transitions to paid escrow, subject to refunds under these Terms.
Sellers receive net earnings after platform fees when orders complete per the release rules above. Payouts to sellers may require identity or payout verification (KYC) and accurate payout details; we may delay or withhold payouts when disputes are open, fraud is suspected, or law requires it.
7. Seller obligations
If you sell on the Platform, you represent that you have the right to offer placements on listed domains, that listing information is accurate, and that you will honor stated turnaround and editorial rules. You must not list sites you do not control, misstate metrics, or engage in link schemes that violate search-engine or advertising policies.
You are responsible for tax reporting on your earnings. We may request information for compliance, anti-fraud, or payout purposes.
8. Buyer obligations
You must provide lawful briefs and content, respect intellectual property rights, and not use the Platform for illegal, deceptive, or harmful campaigns. You are responsible for ensuring that anchor text, links, and sponsored content comply with applicable disclosure and advertising rules in your jurisdiction.
9. Reviews and user content
You may leave reviews and submit order messages, briefs, and files. You grant AddWebLink a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content to operate the Platform. Do not post defamatory, infringing, or confidential third-party material without permission.
We may remove content or reviews that violate policy or law.
10. Prohibited conduct
You may not: circumvent escrow or fees; scrape or overload the Platform; impersonate others; launder money; list or buy placements primarily for malware, illegal goods, hate, or adult content where prohibited; manipulate reviews; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, or payment systems.
11. Intellectual property
The Platform software, branding, and documentation are owned by AddWebLink or its licensors. Third-party trademarks and site names belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our brand except limited use needed to refer to the service.
12. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, ERROR-FREE SOFTWARE, OR SPECIFIC MARKETING OR SEO RESULTS FROM GUEST POSTS.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AddWebLink AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN BUYERS AND SELLERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO AddWebLink IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AddWebLink from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your listings or orders, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on /legal/terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may terminate or limit access for breach, risk, or business reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (fees owed, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution) survive termination.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AddWebLink's operation of the Platform, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or tribunals in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Before filing a formal claim, contact us at support@addweblink.com so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
